HR Generalist
Job Description Are you interested in working for a forward-thinking and mission-driven organization? Our non-profit client in Hillside, IL is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join their growing HR team! This is a hybrid role and a newly created position that will report into their VP of HR.
They are looking for someone with a few years of HR experience under their belt.
The Human Resources Generalist will work with various business units on their human resources needs, particularly in learning and development, employee engagement and culture building, and other special projects as needed.
This position offers substantial exposure to different areas of HR without requiring you to be an expert in those areas already.
The Human Resources Generalist will be given mentorship and training and will be part of a strong team that develops human resources best practices.
The ideal Human Resources Generalist candidate is extremely driven, positive and always eager to take on more and continue learning and diving into new projects.

Support the company's mission, vision and values in daily activities and the execution of strategic goals Assist with projects relating to employee engagement, learning and development and other ad hoc tasks as needed Support managers with staffing, employee relations, performance management and more Human Resources Generalist Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience 3
