What will you do in this position? Answer and route incoming phone calls.
Greet customers, handle any inquiries, schedule appointments, and/or direct them to the appropriate person.
Collect, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries; along with preparing mail to be shipped.
Keep the reception area and showroom clean.
Assist sales staff with order contracts, customer correspondence, data entry, photo editing, etc.
utilizing our state-of-the art ERP system.
Manage cemetery lot check process which includes data-entry, phone call and email correspondence.
Assist customers with finalizing sales orders or activating preneed orders.
Collect and record customer payments.
Manage office supplies and keep inventory updated.
Assist with coordinating employee events.
Data-entry and maintenance of various company reports, pricing books, and showroom files.
Administrative support to Vice President along with sales staff at Hillside office.
Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
What are we looking for? Previous front desk and administrative experience required.
Excellent organizational skills.
ERP/SAP knowledge helpful.
Attention to detail.
Reliable attendance.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft office and Outlook.
Professional demeanor; ability to use a high degree of diplomacy in handling difficult situations.
High level of efficiency with little supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
