Executes the design process, including client consultations, creating drawings with kitchen design software.
(Design 20/20) Providing quotes and closing sales.
Check appliance and cabinetry tolerance concerns within the design.
Address and resolve issues that may arise.
Transcribes all necessary information into the system to order materials/products.
Track and follow up on the ordering and production status.
Self-Development Seeks knowledge to stay informed of new product lines, products, and services.
Stays abreast of industry trends, regulations, design terminology and trends.
Requirements Experience with Homeowners, Builders, Dealers, and Developers Strong computer and customer service skills (in-person, phone and email) Ability to multi-task and stay organized Must be proficient with 20/20 design program and Microsoft Office Familiar with QuickBooks Keep a positive attitude and be a 'team player' Obtain and maintain product knowledge on all products sold in the kitchen and bath product line Have an ability to read blueprints Have the best interest of the company in mind at all times Be innovative and provide suggestions for improvement in own department and observations of other departments Willingness to follow any other tasks from management.
