Job Summary
The Consumer Electronics (CE) Retail Specialist is responsible for communicating key initiatives and information on selling the clients products. Primary responsibility is to demonstrate, interact, promote, train and conduct Assisted Selling on Clients products, goods or services to the consumer in an engaging manner.
Primary responsibility is to demonstrate, interact, promote, and market the clients products to the consumer in a positive manner.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Training
Train store associates and store management on key benefits of client products.
Encourage store associates and store management to recommend client product to customers through training activities and relationship building.
Sales
Enthusiastically engage, qualify, and close customers on sales of clients products.
Seek sales opportunities in departments throughout the store to maximize sales and sales of related attachments.
Relationship Building
Communicate professionally and effectively with ASM management team, retail sales associates, retail management team, and customers.
Qualifications:
Education Level: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in sales experience of a technical product or service in a retail, call center, or indirect environment
Previous sales or marketing experience preferred
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Very strong oral and written communication skills
Training and Assisted Sales Experience Highly Desired
Results and action oriented - ownership minded
Excellent Relationship Building Skills
Professional demeanor and image
Self -motivated, and organized, while remaining flexible and adaptable
Must be Internet savvy with access to a computer
Self-motivated, ambitious, committed to self and driven to succeed
Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence key decision makers at the store level
Must possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to complete daily procedures and responsibilities without direct supervision
Travel and/or Driving Requirements:
Travel and Driving is an essential duty and function of this job
Travel up to 30%
