Mover Network Sales Manager-Hillside

About The Role
We are currently looking for exceptional people with experience creating and sustaining value-based B2B relationships, ideally but not limited to the moving, relocation or logistics industries, to fill our Manager, Mover Network Sales role. The key objectives for the Manager, Mover Network Sale include:
Act as a player-coach, personally selling and overseeing the team of sales associates tasked with selling the Move Matcher platform and ancillary services to our moving company targets.
Learn, implement and teach a repeatable mover acquisition model, leveraging pre-existing skill set including sales, relationship building, account management or a mix thereof.
Penetrate multi-territory market by hunting and cultivating new account opportunities through creative digital and personal outreach tactics.
Help us shape the mover outreach model for markets outside Chicagoland.
You will have direct access to a team of marketers, content developers, sales representatives and Move Matcher leadership. In collaboration with these team members you will shape the sales marketing materials required for our sales network to thrive nationwide.

Manage the inside sales representatives team
Set and track sales targets for your team
Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
Build an open-communication environment for your team
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
Ability and willingness to conduct travel approximately once per quarter
Experience in transportation, real estate, property management or related industries

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
