As the IT Applications Lead, you collaborate with business leads on use, process, support, documentation and training of specific systems and applications. This position is considered the subject matter expert of the systems and applications including security, configuration, administration, reporting and core features and functions of the system. Additionally, the Application Lead plans and executes system and application updates and leads enhancement efforts.  Let's Unpack This - Who are we? We're just off the Eisenhower I-290 about mile north on Mannheim Rd.      What You'll Be Doing Systems and Applications Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology.   Writes technical procedures and documentation for new and existing processes and applications.   Provides application support for existing applications and responds to complex application issues for customers; Identifies problems and coordinates appropriate corrective action.  Analyzes and designs application enhancements to meet business needs; documents business needs, defines system requirements, creates design specifications, creates unit, system, and integration test plans and documents deliverables.   Coordinates conversions, integrations and upgrades to applications and systems. Training Related Performs needs analysis assessments to determine training needs, ROI, and scope of training needed. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
